Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars, inc GST and are subject to change.
Refunds
Once payment has been received and Elvira’s Home Office has commenced, a 50% refund can be negotiated in some circumstances. Once a proof has been issued and/or the job has been sent to print, refunds are not available. Where a finished product is defective or considerably different to the product ordered, replacement products can be created and shipped within 7 working days. This excludes damage caused by a third party during shipment or otherwise. Alternatively, Elvira’s Home Office may offer a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery is included in the quote, unless otherwise indicated in the quote. Delivery is via Australia Post, courier, or pick up by the client. While I package orders with great care, Elvira’s Home Office takes no responsibility for damage caused by another party.
Proofing
Clients will be emailed a proof of the design/s, which needs client approval before it can go to print. Clients must check that all the text & images are correct and that it is exactly as requested. Elvira’s Home Office will make every effort to check and proof read designs thoroughly and make all necessary corrections prior to sending the final proof to the client, however, it is the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content is correct. If a re-print due to client error is required after you have signed off on the proof, this is at the client’s expense.
Be aware that the colours you see on your screen may be slightly different to the finished product, as screen colours differ to printing colours.. Send your proof approval via email Mary at elvirashomeoffice@bigpomd.com
Alterations
Elvira’s Home Office prices include inserting two set of amendments (unless otherwise indicated on the quote). With this in mind, ensure that text supplied for jobs are as final as possible, as additional amendments will incur additional charges. Once your proof is approved, alterations can be only be made if printing has not commenced. Client approval of the proof confirms the finalisation of the order.
Deadlines
A timeframe will be supplied to you during the initial stage of the design process, which will also include dates for client actions and approvals. In order to meet these deadlines, all content and proofing must be supplied by the agreed deadlines. Elvira’s Home Office is not responsible for unmet deadlines (and any incidental or consequential loss or damages) as a result of the client not meeting the agreed deadlines. While every endeavour will be made to ensure that your order is delivered to you by the deadline, delivery delays outside of Elvira’s Home Office’s control may be experienced. Please ensure your order is placed early to avoid disappointment.
Images/Photos
The best results are achieved from digital photos that have been emailed to me rather than using prints from your digital files. Supply the original digital photo file that you took with your camera rather than a scan that you have done from a print.
Images can be supplied to Elvira’s Home Office by email or on disc in JPEG format. Printed (hard copy) photographs can be sent by post (Elvira’s Home Office is not responsible for photographs or discs lost in the mail) and I will return photographs with your order. Elvira’s Home Office takes no responsibility for damage or loss of photographs during the mailing process and advises clients to keep a copy of the photograph.
Digital images should be provided at the highest megapixel setting and size. I will check your image and determine if the quality is sufficient to produce a quality print. If we determine the image will produce a poor quality finished product, we reserve the right to refuse to use the image.
Please do not send pictures/images of an offensive nature – I also reserve the right to refuse these photos/images.
Printed (hard copy) photographs can be supplied with the acknowledgement that the final image may differ in quality and colour to the original. Digital images may also be slightly different in colour due to the printing process. The customer acknowledges that the finished photo image is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted.
Images that you supply to Elvira’s Home Office must comply with the following conditions:
For pictures of babies/children: You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby/child or have consent of the parent or guardian to use the images provided.
You certify that you have ownership and/or the right to supply any text or pictures.
Professional photos taken by professional photographers are protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without a signed release from the photographer. Elvira’s Home Office is not responsible for any breach of copyright for images supplied by the client and will refuse to use images where a copyright breach is suspected or evident.
Images sourced by Elvira’s Home Office cannot be re-used in any other form
Storage of Designs
Custom designs and any business related designs (and associated images) will be stored for 12 months after finalisation of the order. After this time, designs will be deleted and re-ordering of the design will require re-submission of all text/images/content.

They remain the property of Elvira’s Home Office and are protected by copyright law. It is illegal to copy or reproduce in whole or in part any of the designs, layout, copy or photography contained in Elvira’s Home Office products. Permission to reproduce any item must be gained in writing from Elvira’s Home Office and modification in any form is not permitted. This applies to both existing designs and custom designs.
Privacy Policy
Personal details provided on Order Forms and for the purposes of inclusion in a design is confidential and will not be distributed to a third party without your permission. Clients have the option of being included on the Elvira’s Home Office mailing list by indicating this on the Order Form.
